Hello Friends! What an Exciting month in Ottawa! A great time to spend with family and friends enjoying Thanksgiving, Sports fans are in heaven with a full list to watch, Halloween is coming and our fireplaces are being used again. Homes are still being listed and with a full inventory of homes, there are still more homes listed than buyers. That makes it even more important to be priced competitively and be show ready. Fall is a busy time for buyers as they hope to get a deal in the fall market and move in before the snow arrives. Last month in September was actually a record high for sales in Ottawa compared to past September years. Check out the Stats for Ottawa Real Estate in September.
