OPG August News!
Hello Friends,
I can't believe its already mid August and that summer will soon be gone! Back to School supplies have been filling store shelves for awhile. Summer always goes by too quickly... hopefully you have been enjoying every minute and checking off your Summer Bucket list. The Ottawa Housing Market has been slower during prime vacation times, but you will still see a few more homes going up for sale in your neighbourhood. It will start to pick up again and Fall is always as busy as Spring with Buyers trying to Buy before the snow falls. The link to the Ottawa Stats below show that it is still a Buyer's market.
