September with cooler nights and gorgeous days. Real Estate starts to pick up again. It's just as popular as Spring time and a great opportunity to sell or buy a home. Mortgage lenders tell us that it's the ideal time for their clients as the fiscal year end is in November, so lenders start offering special rates and deals when purchasing a home.
